My overall experience was good at the start and then got worse as the PE firm took over. Made territories much smaller, send majority accounts overseas with no transparency on lead flow and where it goes. Changed pay -20% with no signs of growth opportunities.

Failure of management to advocate for team members. Territory problems and misaligned accounts resulted in lost revenue and reps selling against one another. Very toxic internal environment. Major process issues often impacted customers as well, for example multiple invoices being sent in error or to customer rather than reseller partner.
