It's an ok company, however private equity owners 2 years ago takes away incentives and raise quotas. Product is very strong and many new AI products

micromanaged to hell. low % of teams hitting quota, morale was low. different crap thrown at us every week. was a AE/AM hybrid role and was overall pretty awful.

It highly depends on the team that you land. However zendesk is moving sales teams to MBOs specially those in Mexico working for US, the life-work balance is great and the compensation is fair, but commissions sucks
