They’re really investing in teaching value based selling, leveraging Meddpicc. West Coast AE’s is where you see the Million Dollar earners but east coast has more green space opportunities. SMB & Commercial seem to be the sweet spot for where sellers are hitting their quota the most. Mid market has lots of opportunities and if AE’s know how to run strategic deals there is a lot of upside to earn more. You own a book of business across a couple of regions rather than owning specific geographical territory. There’s lots of more products to sell into and the professional services team is solid.
