The average Account Executive is responsible for managing their own primary and secondary accounts on top of covering the role of SDR and BDR. Raises are hard to come by and are minimal, if any are given in the first place. Raise amounts are practically laughable. Key corporate decision makers micromanage teams and are more focused on overall outreach and KPIs versus proper training and attentiveness to open deals. Regardless of your pipeline, if you aren't hitting a large amount of outreach on a daily basis, you will be in the hot seat. Browse Other Reviews
