Overall Yardi is a wonderful company. However, they do underpay their employees a little, and it is really important to get on the right team. The real earners are the reps working with current Voyager Clients. Yardi also could help their sales reps by investing in their tech stack. Great culture great people. Extremely mediocre pay that forced me to leave. Great for a low risk sales person. Very good product. Zero sales training or sales culture. Very “if we build it people will buy” mentality
