It is good for now, but there is sometimes where you are pushed to do other things besides selling, which takes time away from selling. Sometimes you have to fight internally to get deals approved even if it is over little amounts.

Sales cycles change with each opportunity, sometimes taking anywhere from 6 months to over a year without a promising commission. Management is very clearly driven by numbers without providing successful tools to the sales team. Territories determine success, which means some will close pipeline and others who work hard will not come close simply because of the luck...Read More
