Great company with a great product however sales has no internal tools to help sales. No crm tool. No recordings for calls or demos and no email cadence tools.

Great culture. Company that cares about giving back to the community. Has over 50% of market penetration for the core ERP solution. Not a sales focused organization, certainly no structure is not comparative with others in the industry. Limited growth potential unless your with the company long term.
