My experience was great and it is a fantastic company. The culture is very safe in your career, but it does take a long time before you can become in high leadership. The pay jumps, as a safe company, were just not there - below the industry. You are provided security with benefits and a worry-free environment, but in the end, you work really hard and it will take you a long time to move up. I am grateful for my time there but ready for the next challenge.

It is good for now, but there is sometimes where you are pushed to do other things besides selling, which takes time away from selling. Sometimes you have to fight internally to get deals approved even if it is over little amounts.

Great culture great people, benefits were also pretty good. Base and commission were definitely on the lower end.
