Unfortunately, Workiva's greatest asset, "Culture" is in steep decline since the retirement in 2023 of founder/CEO. Reorg at the top has brought in some (not all) self serving outsiders who give lip service to culture while aggressively acting without care for what built the company.

I’ve been here for a while, overall they treat everyone fairly. Last year quota was a bit unrealistic but they’ve come back down to earth this year. Fun sales org, culture is taken very seriously which I appreciate.
