Incredible culture and product fit. Quotas are very achievable and can make a lot of money here while sellin lg a great product.

Good products, great people, but culture is changing. Sales cycle is extremely process heavy and overly complicated. Leadership is cracking down on time to sell and build pipeline despite cost of products and deployment.

Good company who treats employees well. Has become a machine and feels that way. Can have a nice career with solid earnings. Market has been mature and a bit saturated. Innovation and/or acquired capabilities will be key to growth.
