My overall experience at Workday was great. Limited opportunities for promotions. Lots of politics in the office and the sales org. Not much training and development for DRs unless you are a manager. Good pay but some of the teams are set up to fail.

Bad leadership, negative atmosphere. Slow decision process. Should have a vision and a plan. They are not strategic thinking

My overall experience was really positive at Workday, I'd love to work there once again if possible, only left as I was moving country. Great company and sales org to grow.
