Good product that works, happy customers, very competitive base/ESPP ("golden handcuffs"). Working here is commodity selling: the good news is, everyone needs ERP/HCM; the bad news? everyone needs ERP/HCM so with the market saturation where it is, these deals are a race to the bottom. Compounding that issue is leadership giving away deals (right before I left, I saw a rep's deal go from $1.2M ACV to $600k ACV after one phone call with his GVP - GVP didn't even ask if he was okay lowering the deal that much. Rep missed his number, and management can't figure out why). Ultimately the quotas are not in line with what these deals are selling for, and I would definitely call the culture "toxic positivity." Your success really depends on what group/vertical you end up in and if "the boys club" likes you. Not every vertical can sell Financials (their product isn't a fit for many industries), so you've given up half your bag before you've even called on an account. DE&I is talked about a lot here, but every SKO/conference is a series of old, white men discussing it (with one token woman from marketing on stage, every now and then).
