Mid-level managers were either intentionally checked out, or unable to grasp the intricacies of the role. If you can enter into the CA market it may be better, but the other territories were severely undersupported.

Sales reps get sucked in by a strong base, but buyer beware on very low quota achievement rates and commission payments well below what you are led to believe at hire.
