When you do well it's great but deals were often taken by others with very little done by senior management and Meddic within salesforce was pushed very hard to the point it imposed hurdles to get deals across the table

I learned a lot in the role but I got stuck with horrible territorries and management didn't see that lack of success for me was tied to bad territories where ive never seen inbounds like other reps

A great company to work for as a seller. The variable comp is good, although it's getting a bit less competitive after recent changes. Still good though. The inbound/outbound flow is very healthy. The company is the clear leader in the space it operates in, which also makes it a fun product to sell.

Good product to sell. Good reputation in the market and generally easy to pitch. Deal sizes has gone down over the year with competition from the market.

People are great, flexibility is great. However, with the downturn of market, constant layoffs every month, quiet layoffs too (where they do not announce it in company announcements, find out by word of mouth, not seeing ppl in office) Lots of politics, even saw AE's who have been there for YEARS and doing good (closed many deals ) get kicked out, when the rookie...Read More
