My experience at Wp Engine was okay for the most part. They have pretty good training and the managers care about their team members growth.

Quota attainment % is very bloated - it doesn't address the fact that there's a huge amount of turnover. Inbound lead flow is terrible on both the quality and quantity front so every month as an AE is a roll of the dice.

Sales workshop, not really a tech company - overpriced product and no differentiation between the cheap and expensive solution. Company is more focused on self-service model that growing a proper sales team. No inbound or decent marketing despite size. Ok place to learn some sales but not for serious sales reps.
