Money hungry at the top driving poor culture decisions like most businesses see. They went from advocating for the growth of an employee and supporting them to exploiting and pushing them out.

A culture that is very positive in that everyone is wanting to deliver their best and is collaborative. Sales training is well structured and consistent. Opportunities exist to move between segments and promotions can be earned. Product is still market leading, value selling is critical as buyers are increasingly seeking clear ROI. The CEO is inspirational.
