Verkada is perfect if you have no sales experience. They give you a crash course on how to be really good at your job. I loved my time there but can very much understand how people burn out. Lots of competitive athletes which is great until you feel like you're back in college.

Poor leadership and micro management on a whole different level for decorated sales professionals that were recruiter. The market has slowed down with recession fears so let’s fire a bunch of reps and blame it on their work effort or ability to close.
