Verkada's product is unmatched against others in the market. The quotas are set very high and can be unattainable, making the commission side less than what is advertised. They also have very grey-defined guidelines when it comes to being placed on a performance plan. You will be told that over 70% are hitting their number, but it is closer to 20-30%. The culture overall is good, but the workload can consume your life. Overall I enjoyed the job there but realized that I was just a number who could be let go at any time.

Great product market fit. Not much training on offer internally. Overall average management. High earning potential but a lot of variables involved in that.
