Team is great. Product is phenomenal. Great incentives and good rewards. Quotas are incredibly high and channel support is minimal, there is a reason there is a massive quota attainment issue company wide. A lot of luck of the draw with territory and the partners that operate there. Great place to learn and scale up but long term rep success is far and few between, bad churn for fully ramped reps.

Terrible sales leadership. They don’t set you up for success rather their model is to cycle through account reps so they can under pay them and have ramping reps inflate quota attainment.
