Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Verkada has peaks and valleys. I loved it but also was very difficult to want to come to work everyday as your success can vastly be defined by which area of the country you are covering. The best rep can be in the worst territory and be put on a PIP/fired and vice versa for bad reps in great territories. Saw it happen way too many times and it was discouraging so see incredible reps who knew the product/platform like the back of their hand and were great sales reps get fired because they covered rural areas. However, I think that model has changed a bit since I have departed and turnover has slowed in comparison.
Even with the bad, I loved what I sold and loved my co-workers, and that is hard to find.
