The product is a great fit. Maybe too ahead of it's time considering the gap of time still remaining for people to move NVR/DVR based systems to cloud is till 20 years. It is not superior, its as good as on-prem solutions. Verkada has to have compelling event to truly outclass Meraki/Avigilon/Axis etc. The culture and leadership is simple: Verkada's leadership needs to be held accountable and hold their MM reps running wild accountable as well. Simply look at Glassdoor.

Extremely poor rep attainment for a phenomenal product. Quotas are way too high. Sales funnel is oriented towards cold outbound.

Terrible sales leadership. They don’t set you up for success rather their model is to cycle through account reps so they can under pay them and have ramping reps inflate quota attainment.
