Quotas are not adjusted for territories, so someone covering a rural area has to bring in the same amount as someone covering downtown Dallas. They’re completely stuck in the do whatever it takes and say whatever you have to to get the deal across no matter what the customer feels like after sales culture. I feel dirty going to work here everyday. I never should have taken this role.
