This companies culture and leadership are awful. They’re completely stuck in the do whatever it takes and say whatever you have to to get the deal across no matter what the customer feels like after sales culture. I feel dirty going to work here everyday. I never should have taken this role.

I've had mostly great experiences so far. Leadership is motivated to change previous shortcomings and has some so, the product team has serious upwards trajectory in the market, and the SE team is treated with respect, had their impact seen, and has a great work life balance.

This place is a dumpster fire. As quoted by the VP of Enterprise sales, "you are now selling the best cocaine in the business".
