My overall experience is good, we have a team goal and shared commission and we usually hit out number. They recently took away the 1.5 multiplier and the spiff for services which most of the organization find frustrating

Veeva is amazing! Commmission structure doesn't give room for people to bring home a huge bag but it's a much less stressful environment.
