Veeva is amazing! Commmission structure doesn't give room for people to bring home a huge bag but it's a much less stressful environment.

Great culture & product market fit. Smart people, down to earth and easy to work with. Team goal limits pay ceiling somewhat, but minimizes downside risk.

My overall experience is good, we have a team goal and shared commission and we usually hit out number. They recently took away the 1.5 multiplier and the spiff for services which most of the organization find frustrating
