My overall experience is positive. very very difficult but in terms of professional growth it gave me a lot. So very though but I’m thankful and I’ll return there when I’ll accumulate more experience

My overall experience was mixed. The product is great and fun to sell but sales leadership doesn’t have the skills to scale the way a business like this should. There was money to be made.

Strong Product. Solves Enterprise level problems. Deal cycles can be long. I've had two best earnings years in my career here. 2023 Comp plan is bad with quota buckets for certain products. Must fill these buckets to hit accelerators.

Culture is either you fit, or you do not. Very metrics-oriented with a focus on winning at all costs. Very 'sharky' behaviour. Never felt like I was anything but the numbers I put up.
