Goal post for quota continually pushes out but I guess I can't complain because I am doing pretty well. NYC office culture is nothing like what was advertised. Very little team bonding, happy hours, events, etc. compared to other teams across US... morale often low and the only thing we see/experience is the revolving door effect while other offices are doing all the fun activities AND taking home the same pay (actually taking home way more since NY tax and cost of living is significantly higher).

Very cult-like experience: you really have to drink the Varonis Kool-Aid if you want to be successful, regardless of how hard you work. Favoritism/Nepotism is extremely prevalent (especially in the region I was in) - if you're not a "favorite" on your team, expect to stay a year or less.

Terrible, Management = a joke inbound lead flow = negative market fit= pretty well, but product too expensive for anyone to even take a look at the SMB level If you like commission and good management - stay far away
