Very difficult to achieve quota. Management is not helpful at all. Good product, really expensive, no help getting leads from marketing or management.

Terrible company to work for due to micromanagement, overpriced, and company culture tanking. The market is shifting and Varonis has terminated good leadership, while retaining the toxic leaders.
