Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Varonis is a great product with a growing market fit and the potential to capitalize on enormous opportunity. Professional services is great, and the architects building the software are phenomenal.
The sales organization is immature, pushy, and has a sizable concentration of ego/personal wealth tied to stock value, which makes the work-life balance and sales culture a scale from painful (on a good day) and toxic (on a bad day).
I put in a lot of effort, though, and that doesn't go unnoticed. I pride myself in my ability to be a good sales rep, and while I rarely achieve quota (the product is extremely expensive) I do the things necessary to get at bats, and prospects/customers love the product.
