Back to ReviewsFormer Employee SDR (TDR) program focuses solely on performance attainable only by the reps within the “golden territories”. TDRs based in traditionally difficult territories are expected to perform at the same level of those in booming areas across the US and globe. Leadership struggles to bridge the divide between their workforce’s wants and needs and what they want. Leadership blatantly leads TDRs and their teams on to hopes of vertical movement before pulling the hope of mobility away without any solid reasoning. The TDR team has dwindled in numbers causing more team members to cover more territory with less incentive or help. Goals are always met short, performance is always marked as needs improvement, and training has fallen off significantly. The organization needs to seriously look within itself to reorganize and reprioritize driving ACTUAL BUSINESS and the humans in charge of driving it over pure metrics and blind expectations set by out of touch leadership.
