I was with the company for over 3 years. It is filled with a toxic sales culture and nepotism. Frequent false promises, lack of management etiquette, virtually no HR, and the micromanagement approach that this company does is next level terrible. The reputation that Varonis has as a company to work for in our close knit circle of professionals is leaning into DON'T WORK HERE. Massive amounts of exodus appears to be happening, look at Linked-In Stats for confirmation/validation. Happy hunting just don't hunt here!
