Frequent false promises, lack of management etiquette, virtually no HR, and the micromanagement approach that this company does is next level terrible. The reputation that Varonis has as a company to work for in our close knit circle of professionals is leaning into DON'T WORK HERE. Massive amounts of exodus appears to be happening, look at Linked-In Stats for confirmation/validation.
