Strong Product. Solves Enterprise level problems. Deal cycles can be long. I've had two best earnings years in my career here. 2023 Comp plan is bad with quota buckets for certain products. Must fill these buckets to hit accelerators.

Decent market fit, however, more players are breaking into the market (BigID, Cyera, etc.). Cloud offering is still very much lacking. Poor culture/leadership and as a result, losing a lot of good talent.
