Great company with an incredible product. The CEO and confound is amazing. It's currently tough everywhere in software sales. Hitting goal is not easy. Sales management can be disconnected at times. Overall I would recommend Vanta to other sales reps.

Great place to work as long as you do some out-bounding. You can't expect 7 inbounds every single week like it used to be. The product is the best in the market, but fast followers love to throw out 4K deals to try to win.

Pros - PMF - War-chest cash position - Competitive compensation and benefits - Real opportunity to IPO - Talented sellers on the team Cons - Career growth is ambiguous at best - Competition driving ACV down - Constant team/org changes - Monthly quotas (w/ no quota relief program)
