Great place to work as long as you do some out-bounding. You can't expect 7 inbounds every single week like it used to be. The product is the best in the market, but fast followers love to throw out 4K deals to try to win.

Company is great. Leadership is strong. Very competitive market but Vanta (for now) is clearly in lead position. Lot of competition makes differentiation difficult and ACV shrink. Great company with an incredible product. The CEO and confound is amazing. It's currently tough everywhere in software sales. Hitting goal is not easy. Sales management can be disconnected at times. Overall I would recommend Vanta to other sales reps.
