severely underpaid base salary, very toxic leadership and messy. you have uncapped commission, but no one meets quota

PG sales is led by a team who don't understand the basic principles of running a software organization. The software offers great value, and with 15+ solutions on the platform, there is huge potential for upsell, but poor integration, complicated onboarding, and constant layoffs lead to poor customer experience and a lack of trust, so good luck trying to upsell.
