Overall, a good company and job in a fantastic industry. Fantastic software, but most of your revenue is based on selling support packages.

Great product and a passionate team, very poor executive leadership that do not operate or structure the business and their organisations like an enterprise grade software business - every year there is a significant restructure and entirely new operating model - the saving grace is that the core product has a monopoly
