Tons of micromanagement and unrealistic expectations from management. Upper management is useless and adds zero value and leads with fear. Pricing is also awful and not to mention our customers can get cheaper rates from 3rd party vendors therefor opportunity is tough and we are competing with ourselves.

Declining customer service teams lead to more time retaining accounts than selling. Pricing won’t compete with what’s necessary to win. Too much confusion on pricing structure leads to internal competition.
