Not a pleasant experience for me. My hiring manager left on my first day and I just had a bad experience. I still believe there is opportunity there.

Ukg spend lots of money on marketing and advertising now but that wasn't always the case. Lots of leads are not properly scrubbed and causes lots of unnecessary follow ups. Sales Leadership is a joke. If you want to get promoted or maintain your place in the org, put your ambitions aside. Leadership only help their friends with leads, promotions, etc. (there are many that legitimately have sleepovers). They’re inexperience shows in Territory management, how they set their team up for success, and more. It’s disappointing and sad....Read More
