Ukg spend lots of money on marketing and advertising now but that wasn't always the case. Lots of leads are not properly scrubbed and causes lots of unnecessary follow ups. Everyone is focused on CYA and hitting their metrics rather than simply finding legitimate opportunities. Everyone is hammered to get their leads converted and end up hounding and annoying their reps. Management just wants to make their number and will do anything to get there.

Great culture and a lot of autonomy. The product is very powerful, yet very clunky and not designed to sell into mid-market. Not bad but not great. Leadership was poor and management was not helpful. Overall company culture and benefits were great
