Sales Leadership is a joke. If you want to get promoted or maintain your place in the org, put your ambitions aside. Leadership only help their friends with leads, promotions, etc. (there are many that legitimately have sleepovers). They’re inexperience shows in Territory management, how they set their team up for success, and more. It’s disappointing and sad. Product hasn’t been updated in years and is constantly falling behind. Service is horrendous now that they laid off many North American workers. Their model is clearly offshoring staff and letting their American core group go.

Great culture and a lot of autonomy. The product is very powerful, yet very clunky and not designed to sell into mid-market. Company culture has been negatively impacted with the march towards ipo. They have lost sight of their greatest resources, the employees. That being said, there are worse places to be.
