Ultimate software (pre merger) seemed to be the best place to go prior to becoming UKG. UKG has a great product, good benefits, however still has a very startup feel post merger - a lot of moving parts that don’t speak to each other yet…

So far so good.... goals include client retention through support and service. Coming from a competitor, this is a unique position in the marketplace. Structure and tools are provided to exceed quota, platform is far superior in the industry
