Ultimate software (pre merger) seemed to be the best place to go prior to becoming UKG. UKG has a great product, good benefits, however still has a very startup feel post merger - a lot of moving parts that don’t speak to each other yet…

Sales Leadership is a joke. If you want to get promoted or maintain your place in the org, put your ambitions aside. Leadership only help their friends with leads, promotions, etc. (there are many that legitimately have sleepovers). They’re inexperience shows in Territory management, how they set their team up for success, and more. It’s disappointing and sad....Read More

I would run from this organization. Horrible experience and I've never been associated with an organization that was so political. There are so many better companies to work for. Choose wisely.
