It’s a great company in the HR/Payroll software space. Management is great, the benefits are amazing. Great company all around.

UKG says that their purpose is people, but it's really purpose is Profits. They have leadership that makes rash decisions and as for sales, its full of the rumor mill and they created targets that are difficult to reach. Quotes have increased by 50% year by year. In 2020 an average quota was 1.5 Million - in 2024 the quota is 3.6 Million

UKG is a good Global company. The problem is at the regional leaderships like LATAM, where the policies considerations and execution depends on the regional VP which are not aligned to the UKG Global Values

On the K-12 team, we have implementation problems out the ears, our implementation pricing is high to begin with and we can’t get it done. We are selling a product that the company doesn’t want us to sell and the end is near. UKG is a good company, but this team is not the area to stay.
