UKG says that their purpose is people, but it's really purpose is Profits. They have leadership that makes rash decisions and as for sales, its full of the rumor mill and they created targets that are difficult to reach. Quotes have increased by 50% year by year. In 2020 an average quota was 1.5 Million - in 2024 the quota is 3.6 Million

Still trying to gain brand awareness… deal participation is lower than you’d expect. Expect to hunt for every opportunity unless you are connected in partner ecosystem. Earning potential is top notch for lower midmarket but you will have to work for it.
