Current Employee Navan is a great place for true sales hunters. If you're looking to coast, this isn't the place for you. It's a tough sales process. While Navan's product offering is light years ahead of the competition, not every enterprise is ready to make the leap to modern technology. If you're willing to put in the work, there is BIG money to be made here. Great training/enablement and commission is now paid upfront rather than consumption based. To me, this feels like the ideal blend of risk & reward. It's very hard to close deals but if you close them, the payout is handsome,
