Overall, good sales org. Change happens monthly, whether it’s leadership, comp structure, product updates etc. They definitely keep you on your toes.

Run dont walk, no good product market fit, leadership is toxic and culture is bro. Everything from teams to quota to company goals change on a weekly to monthly basis, and there is not much compensation outside of your base pay for scheduled meeting or deals closed since it is based on consumption.
