Run dont walk, no good product market fit, leadership is toxic and culture is bro. Everything from teams to quota to company goals change on a weekly to monthly basis, and there is not much compensation outside of your base pay for scheduled meeting or deals closed since it is based on consumption. No career advancement or good continuous training. I just would look elsewhere imo not worth the time and effort
