I would not advise anyone to work here. Toxic culture, complicated quota + incentive plan that no one ever gets to except for 1 maybe 2 people in each segment. If you speak up to give feedback you immediately have a target on your back. They are constantly hiring because people are constantly quitting. It is very churn and burn and if you dont keep your head down and work all hours all day they will fire you.

Overall, good sales org. Change happens monthly, whether it’s leadership, comp structure, product updates etc. They definitely keep you on your toes.
