It's been a wonderful experience. The work culture and support is fantastic, base compensation is a huge step up from where I was, and leadership has been very supportive. Avature is mainly focused on large enterprise clients consisting of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 logos. Product does really well in this space. Ramping as a new rep can be difficult and takes time to really make an impact.
