Our leadership is warm, smart and caring. I see a lot of passion for what we do. We need to continually improve our sales processes and allow the reps to focus on the territory health, not just blindly go after accounts that might not have propensity to spend, but leverage the knowledge of the territory and relationships fully within your sales teams.
